This was a custom Excel Add-in that I made for our
company. It allows users to download data from our website into Excel spreadsheets that are then processed and presented back in a tree structure. This Add-in has been a HUGE time-saver for me over the past six months. It allows me to review the data in a fraction of the time I used to spend reviewing it before.

From Excel To Powerpoint
I have been using Excel to create Powerpoint presentations for a
while now, and the quality of the presentation is based on the quality
of the workbook that I create in Excel.
This add-in will create a PowerPoint project based on a Microsoft
Excel workbook and will automatically insert formulas and formatting
based on the content of the workbook. I have been using it with
Microsoft Office Excel 2007/2010/2013 and it works great.
The add-in has two installation modes: it can create a "lite" version
of the PowerPoint project for deployment directly from the Excel
project, or it can create a full version of the PowerPoint project
that will be available as an Add-in in Excel. Both options are
comfortable and they provide plenty of flexibility for how users can
configure the add-in.
The add-in is designed to work well with Excel 2007 and Excel 2010,
but the lite version of the add-in has some limitations. Specifically
you cannot specify what PowerPoint version you want, whether you want
to automatically insert your standard PowerPoint ribbon, and whether
you want to automatically insert slides. It also doesn't allow you to
specify where the PowerPoint presentation will be opened. This last
feature could be really handy if you wanted to limit PowerPoint
presentations to just a few people instead of sharing with others.
One major limitation of this add-in is that it cannot be used to
create custom PowerPoint presentations. In order to create a custom
PowerPoint presentation using Excel I recommend trying out Microsoft
Office PowerPoint for Mac or another good PowerPoint alternative such
as OneNote.
